Amelia is a Neurologic Music Therapist based in Shropshire. She is also a singer, songwriter and guitarist, holding an MA in Music Therapy from the University of the West of England and a BA in Songwriting from the University of Sussex.
During her training, she worked across a wide range of settings, including SEN schools and bereavement care. Her final placement took her to Rwanda, where she supported clients within an HIV clinic and through community outreach initiatives.
Amelia works from a person-centred perspective and believes that access to music therapy should not be limited by geography. She views music as a powerful, universal language and is passionate about making therapy accessible to all.
